Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ilogofy website and services. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ilogofy website, products and services ("Services"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Many of our products are customised with your selected decoration, artwork or logo. Because these items are produced specifically for you, please review your design, sizes, quantities and order details carefully before checkout. Once a custom order enters production it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.
Custom and personalised products are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or differ materially from your approved order. If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly so we can make it right. Stock (non-customised) items may be returned in line with our return policy.
You retain ownership of any logos or artwork you upload, and you grant ilogofy a limited licence to reproduce that artwork solely to fulfil your order. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others. All site content, trademarks and designs owned by ilogofy remain our property.
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, offensive or harmful content, and not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms. We may refuse or cancel any order, or suspend any account, that breaches this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ilogofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
