Most custom decorated orders are produced and ready for shipment within 3 business days. Only Core and Premium members have access to 24hr QuickShip service on eligible orders.
Production time begins after your order has been successfully submitted and all required order details have been confirmed.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using your selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Core and Premium members have access to 24hr QuickShip on eligible styles and decoration options.
With 24hr QuickShip, eligible custom decorated orders are produced and shipped within 24 hours.
If an eligible 24hr QuickShip order does not ship within the applicable 24-hour timeframe, the applicable benefit will be provided in accordance with our membership terms and conditions.
